The Firm

A closer kind
of partnership.

Blacktop brings together infrastructure operating experience, corporate affairs and political campaigns around a shared interest in what owners are trying to build.

Our partners lead each assignment from strategy through day-to-day execution, working directly with ownership and management and bringing in specialist teams where the work calls for them.

He also led the public campaign that helped secure $250 million in public financing for an NBA arena. More recently, he served as CEO of an energy technology company and developed a data center program for a leading hyperscaler. He began his career in presidential campaigns and governors’ offices.
