Where we get involved
When a plan depends on government decisions, regulatory support, labor relationships or public confidence, we lead that work alongside management, counsel and financial advisers. We identify the decisions and constituencies that can affect the plan, organize the engagement and coordinate communications with the restructuring strategy.
Help management address the government relationships, public issues and stakeholder expectations that affect the business, leading the function or working with the existing team.
Help ownership evaluate its response to contested decisions, leadership changes and reputational pressure, then lead the public and stakeholder work needed to carry it out.
Ben leads this work, with the wider partnership bringing development, political and campaign experience as each situation requires.
