Help ownership evaluate sites, development partners and financing options, bringing political and stakeholder risk into the investment case and underwriting. Connect projects with relevant capital and strategic partners in coordination with financial and technical advisers.
Develop the case for a project and lead research, government engagement, coalition building and communications. Coordinate the public work around permitting, financing and other decisions, including the response to opposition.
Work with management on the government relationships, policy issues and stakeholder expectations around the whole business, from development and expansion through operations and change. Lead the function or work with the existing team.
Our operating background includes infrastructure project development, new-business launches and public-company responsibilities. That experience informs the plans we help shape and the public work we lead.
